He founded the Vail Daily and many other Daily Newspapers before starting Northside Kitchen in 2011. Jim can be found almost every day in one of his restaurants chatting or scheming with locals. Jim's keen eye for detail, and sharp business mind have created an entire family of restaurants to serve his community of the Vail Valley!

Steve grew up in Massachusetts, but after learning how to ski with a boat in Rhode Island, he moved to Vail. Since then, he has delighted guests in many valley restaurants, and skied thousands of days on "Our Fair Mountain".
After a brief stint in New Mexico and Denver where he learned to golf, the mountains called Steve home and he joined
